Returns Process

  • All returns must be authorised by our Client Experience Team.
  • All returns must be processed within 14 days of receipt of goods. Unless you are a bookseller, please refer to your terms and conditions.
  • A completed returns form must be included with the items to be returned. The returns form can be downloaded from here and a returns label here.
  • Customers returning discounted "Pack(s)" or "Bundles" must be returned in full, we will not accept partial or incomplete "Pack(s)" or "Bundles" as this will void your return.
  • Returns received must be in original re-sellable condition, damaged items will not be accepted.
  • Customers returning items must use original packaging or suitable alternative, Failure will void your return.
  • Customers are advised to send items back via trackable/insured post, Croner-i will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items.
  • If you had purchased from a third-party agent or book-seller please follow their returns procedure.
